Salesman do not properly consult customers on such a big purchase. Their installation date never respected. They tell you want you want to hear to get contract signed and then they no longer care about you as a customer. Gave me a gas heater that cost me more in installation then just buying a heat pump. To heat with a gas heater is a whole other huge investment. Horrible Consulting!

This seems to be a one man operation. They had my address wrong and it took a year to correct. I would rather be with a bigger central to feel safer incase of a break in or fire
