Overcharged for restocking fee. Company gave exhorbitant $600+ quote and my wife let them charge her card on a Sunday. She phoned to cancel within an hour, and they still charged a "restocking fee". Dishonest and petty.

However, everything was discussed with you before processing the order and you have signed the invoice and agreed to company's policy. We have charged you 10% restocking fee because the order was processed and that is the fee the manufacture charges us. We are very sorry to hear your disappointment, but we aim to please all our clients and following company's policy is one of the best ways. Hope you understand!
