A lifesaver? No, but pretty doggone close! Claudio was prompt, efficient and thorough in his analysis and repair of my desktop. He was as advertised - my problems were quickly diagnosed and my computer was up and running the same day. I had contacted a couple of repair shops who wanted me to leave it for up to a week, but Claudio came to my house and saved the day!
