We discovered a raccoon had gotten in under our backyard deck and had given birth to babies in the basement window well. We wanted to remedy the situation ASAP. We contacted Sherwin, who said he could come within 2.5 hours - 10pm on a Saturday night, once he was finished a job he was at. Sherwin arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. He assessed the situation, and explained his plan of action. Within 10 minutes, he had snared the mother raccoon, and carefully removed the babies. He put the babies where the mother raccoon could see it, to calm her down. He then explained how he would relocate and release the mother and babies, so that they'd be reunited. He even showed us a video of another job that he completed which was similar to ours, allowing us to see how the mother retrieves the babies after being released.
