We had all our windows replaced by Luca. As part of the project we added a large bow window and a kitchen garden window. It was a real pleasure dealing with Luca. He ensured that we covered all the details. He even had us go with him to the manufacturer to see the two specialty windows to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. The installation went very smoothly making sure that everything was done right including clean up. We like his work so much that we hired him again to replace our front and back doors. We had him return a third time to install a sliding door. Luca is very reliable and believes in high a level of customer service. A year after he installed our windows one of our children accidentally broke the fly screen on a window. We called Luca to ask him to come and repair it. He dropped by one day and had it back to us the next. We would recommend Luca to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors as we know that they will be happy with Luca's workmanship and personal service.
