We recently purchased a leather sofa and loveseat from Choice Leather and we are extremely happy and satisfied with our purchase. I did a lot of research prior to visiting furniture stores and upon reading all the great reviews about Tom and Adrian at Choice Letter, this was our first and only stop. We met Tom (the owner) on our first visit and he was very helpful in educating us on leather furniture. On our first visit, we were not yet ready to make a purchase (and there was no sales tactics or pressure to buy), and when we returned a few months later we made our purchase. Tom was such a pleasure to deal with and we felt so confident with our choice. The furniture was completed on-time, and even when I called to make a last minute change in delivery day, Tom was very kind and accommodating. Adrian delivered our furniture and was extremely helpful and setting up the furniture, educating us on the care and removed all the garbage - when he left, there was nothing left for us to do but enjoy our new furniture! My husband and I would highly recommend Choice Leather and will definitely come back when it's time to buy new furniture for other rooms in our home. We had an issue with our catch basin at the bottom of our driveway - it was not built properly to drain the water, it was starting to crack and if left longer could have caused other issues. I had called a few contractors for a quote and everyone had a different opinion and different price points. When I meant Vladimir, he took the time to speak with me about the repair, educated me on the various components of a catch basin, the sump pump, drain etc...and explained to me my options. The cheapest and quickest option would have been to just repair the concrete catch basin but this would not be a long-term solution and we would probably have the same issues again. The other option Vladimir presented was to rebuild the catch basin and install an ABT polydrain with the appropriate reinforcements and structure - more solid and low maintenance. He was very straightforward and gave me good advice. Even though this was the more expensive option (and beyond my original budget), it made sense from a long-term perspective and I felt very confident in Vladimir's judgement and recommendation. Vladimir and his crew did a terrific job removing our old catch basin, installing and enhancing the new catch basin / drain and cleaning everything up. It was a high quality job from beginning to end - on time and as quoted. I was a bit nervous about this project given my lack of knowledge about drains, catch basin, etc.. but Vladimir was very patient with me throughout the process and patiently answered all of my questions. Vladimir and his team were extremely nice and friendly. It's only been a day since the work has been completed - but I can't wait for the first rainfall to see the new catch basin and drain work. I will be standing in my driveway with my umbrella the first day it rains!! Thank you so much Vladimir for your help! It's often a challenge finding a knowledgeable, friendly, honest and great contractor - Vladimir is terrific (such a nice person), and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company.
