Phoned for a quote and Bob showed up the same day. Explained in detail the quote and gave me a couple of tips to use in comparison. Not the least expensive of the 3 quotes but far greater value which ultimately gave me piece of mind. Job was done as promised, actually one day sooner, with no issues. Discovered a couple of score marks on my cedar deck a couple of days after the job was completed, Jerry came to inspect and has taken care of this as well. No hesitation to recommend Smart Roofing.
