I hired a contractor to do a few small jobs (install kitchen backsplash, drywall in a small closet) and also wanted a bathroom doorway enlarged and a pocket door installed. The work took a couple of months: no show, only worked for an hour, no calls returned, etc. When the door was actually installed, it scraped against the frame. Contractor's solution was to install felt on the inside of the frame, so door would rub against the felt, not the frame!
In desperation, I turned to HomeStars and found Estevo Estates. Jerson responded promptly, showed up within a day, and explained what he would do. He and Mario opened the wall, readjusted the pocket frame and reinstalled the casing. Mario repaired the drywall, and while waiting for it to dry, mounted some shelf brackets for me! Mario even finished an excellent job with primer.
I just wish I had found Estevo Estates FIRST, so the work could have been done right the first time. I'll gladly recommend them to my friends, and hope to be able to have upper floor parquet repaired and refinished soon, too. Thanks, guys!
