I dealt with Peter, he was very thorough in the project and explained the work and materials used and was a people person. I tend to have a lot of questions and found he was very informed and took the time to explain. He also was able to find a second Crack in my foundation which was at a complete surprise. He was able to deal with the situation right away which was much appreciated as he stayed much longer then expected to get the job done as he recognized how concerned I was. Also found the cost reasonable and didn't feel gouged for more money after finding the second Crack, in fact the price was less for the second Crack since he was there already with the equipment which I found very respectable. Over all I am happy with the service and have already recommended them to a family member with a similar issue. If I have to think of any faults at all it would be that they need a new vacuum filter as the one they brought in blew a bit of dust everywhere but that's just being really picky cause I can't think of any negatives. They are an excellent service.
