Crooked tiles installed, grout visible, numerous tiles chipped at end against wall Installer - refused to reimburse. cut tiles in storage room instead of outside creating construction dust in our belongings including electronics. Installer denied, supported by owner.

Unfortunately you review is in accurate. Client complained of mess in a basement we never entered. Never went down the stairs. All cutting and mess was accomplished outside. Tiles are glass and framed by a Schleuter trim to conceal cut edges. Review of workmanship is inaccurate. Combination of glass and ceramic tiles look great. We tried to address the cleanliness issue in the basement not caused by us but were screamed at and called names. Unfortunate really.
