Cody did a great job with my mother-in-law's replacement of an old tap system in her tub and replaced it with a renovator piece that is one piece that turns on the water and not two knobs. He approached me right away for a quote and did a great job on the project. The 4 stars was due to his lack of communication when he had some issues that prevented him showing up at the house to do the job and he did not try to set up a new time or provide an explanation at the time for needing to reschedule. I had to approach him a week later. He was very apologetic and did relay the reason for this issue, knocked off $100 from the job due to the screw up and also fixed the minor toilet issue for free. In all, we are very happy with his work and he does a great job and I would recommend him. Remember, communication is always key.

Tyler was great with coming to our home and assessing the damage from a car that nailed our fence and gate. He takes great pride in the workmanship of his company and does the "job right the first time" which is also the company's motto. The partial rebuild and gate construction are solid and were done better than by the "professionals" who tried to do the original project. I highly recommend First Class Fencing for anyone who is interested in great workmanship and a 5-year warranty. Thanks Tyler for a great job!

I called Ryan at My Fireplace Guy to clean and check my gas line for my fireplace. Ryan came with one of his colleagues and did a great job cleaning the fireplace, inspecting the gas line and also had to recheck the placement of the logs to ensure they were correctly placed for the best performance of the fireplace (the original person who installed the fireplace - not Ryan's company - did the set up incorrectly). I was having issues with the fireplace just spontaneously going out and Ryan determined that fireplaces do not like the deco switches, so he replace the deco switch with a standard switch and combination switchplate. To this day the fireplace does not go out on its own and I am very happy with the job Ryan and his colleague did. I would highly recommend My Fireplace Guy Ltd. for any fireplace work you need done and will use Ryan's company again.

We had a situation requiring the immediate replacement of my mother-in-law's outside door locks for two doors.
