We purchased a hot tub from arctic spas in 2008. The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgable. THe spa was delivered and installed in a very timely manner. All costs were upfront and included in the sticker price. We were shown how to use the spa the day of installation. A year later we moved and our sales person helped us arrange the spa to be moved with us. Not long after we moved we had a issue with our heater. We called the customer service. An appointment was set up to come out and look at the tub. No one had to be home. THey came fixed the problem and it was all covered under warrenty. Excellent Service!!!

We had an old bathroom reglazed instead of tearing out the whole thing. The tub & Tiles surrounding the bathroom were reglazed white and the bathroom looked like new. There are some strict guidelines for maintaining the reglazing, but for a quick short term soloution it was well worth it. They also installed a new toilet and changed our double bath tub faucet to a single one. Took about 3 days for all the work to be completed and a few days after that before we could use the tub again. It's been about 6 months and so far we have had no problems.
