Dwayne was fantastic. I called him about our furnace acting up and he took 10 minutes trying to help me over the phone. Once he determined he really needed to come to my house, he showed up on time and was very nice. His speed and knowledge about our furnace setup was impressive. In 10 minutes, he diagnosed the problem as being our thermostat and was about replace that as well. His quote was lower than others and my guess it was because he gets stuff done so quickly and efficiently. [Update]: Had Dwayne back to look at the furnace again. The previous owner left a coil for an AC unti in the furnace when they took out the AC. Dwayne was in an out in 40 minutes and we went from almost no hear and airflow to super warm air and a strong air flow. Couldn't ask for a better furnace tech.

Let me start by saying, we now have a beautiful, and historically accurate, entrance way to our house We contracted out to get a custom built replica of the orginal door for our house. Once completed, we need to find another person to install our new 160lbs door. This is when we found Dieter. His quote was very detailed and was broken down into the steps that would take place of the next two weeks. The plan included details to reduce the time our front entrance way would be unusable; it ended only being 3 days without front door access. Which is amazing... The final product, including all of the historical reproductions for the frame around the door, were done with such detail that everyone of our neighbours have stopped us in the street to compliment us on the addition to our house. On time, on budget, and historically accurate...now that makes a great contractor. Thanks Dieter.

It has been over a year since Mud Monkey completed the work at our house. We had 2/3 of our basement finished buy 1/3 was wood on soil. My wife was pregnant at the time and we had a 'hard date' for when it needed to be completed. Darby came throught with a week+ to spare. Even when we had 2 or 3 days of crazy rain; their tarping system was amazing it keep all of the rain out of the newly dug out areas. You can't go wrong choosing Mud Monkeys. Thanks Darby!
