It was 9:30pm on Monday and the repair man told me my a/c was beyond repair. In a middle of a heat wave, I was already worried about trying to get a hold of someone the following day to purchase a new unit: Who and how long ? By chance I googled A/C and Maple Air populated. Within seconds I was chatting with a virtual rep. Within 5 minutes I was talking to Farzad, and within 10 minutes I just purchased a Carrier Unit @ 10pm!! Farzad was great and explains the product and provided a really great price. 48 hours later, Sam and Amir installed my new unit. Neat and clean job. I have no reservations in recommending Maple Air. Shower lagoon completed a new shower enclosure for basement washroom. Enclosure came out great, and installers were excellent. Very polite and friendly staff, including Billy who came to take measurements.
