3 years ago I had a raccoon problem where a raccoon tore my roof and got into the attic where she had babies. The raccoons would scream and claw around and keep us awake at night, it was horrible. We got someone to come and take the raccoons out and fix the spot where they got in, and we thought we would never have to deal with raccoons again. THEN, a few weeks ago we heard clawing and screaming and realized that the raccoons were back and had babies!! I called around, talking to people from various companies and then I was able to reach SOS and talk to Sherwin the technician. He asked about the details, told me not to worry and that he would fix everything. He came over as soon as possible, found the entry area, diagnosed the problem, took a video of the whole situation and showed us everything. Concerned, Sherwin explained that he didn't want us to have to face a raccoon problem again in the future because of all the accessible entry areas on our roof and recommended that we get it raccoon proofed to prevent future pests. He gave us an amazing price and within hours finished the resealing of the hole, installed a one way door to get the racoon out and sealed all other potential entry areas while also fixing other damages caused by the raccoon. He showed us a video of the end results and his work, reassuring that no future problems with ANY wildlife will occur. From the start they were very kind, welcoming and comforting, reassuring us that we didn't need to worry and they would take care of it. They also have a great sense of humour. I would recommend them 100% to anyone with a wildlife problem! I only wish that I could give them more stars!!!
