I came across Lulu's Extreme Clean on line and was very impressed with the customer reviews. We negotiated for a thorough first time clean based on the size of my home. I loved the convenience and ease of booking although my appointment was changed not by my choice. However, they arrived on time, got right to work and I was initially very impressed...then Lulu arrived and said that she was there to help because they were running behind. She did a walkthrough upstairs and we were both pleased, then she went to help the other girl finish the kitchen. I got the impression they were in a hurry to get to the next job. Before I knew it they had taken the envelope I left them and were out the door before I came back downstairs. When I inspected the kitchen there were a few cob webs and the back door still had doggy nose prints all over it. I would have easily let this slide had I then not received and email saying my house was excessively untidy (it was not) and they were requesting another $50. I was shocked and very offended. To me this is not a proper business practice. Lulu claimed there was a lot of dog fur in my home. I have 2 non shedding mini poodles. so really??? Not impressed. Buyer beware!
