When I called, Lodder Bros. was very flexible when scheduling our visit which is preferable to having a general time slot. I was concerned that our toilet was too small a job, but I was told that they would come & fix it. Corey Ross arrived promptly. He was very professional in his attire & conversation! I was very comfortable having him in my home. He quickly evaluated the situation & gave their cost. Cory completed the work in a very efficiently manner and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions about my old dishwasher too. Which he also checked to see that it was hooked up correctly. I know who I'll be calling to install my new dishwasher. Anyhow, the toilet & shut off valve are fixed and working well! Thanks Lodder Bros.!
