The service I received, from assessment to follow-up call, was exceptional. I have been living in my home for just over a year ago. During a home inspection, there was an issue with the roofing by our chimney, which was quickly fixed to clear the next home inspection. Over the course of the year, we experienced a few issues caused by our gutters overflowing during rainstorms and freezing in the winter. I never had the opportunity (or the ladder) to see the state of my roof and had to put trust in the fact that the job was done correctly. We called Mr Roof Repair to clean our eavestroughs and complete and assessment of the roof. JP did a great job of explaining the issues he had identified with the roof (an old Toronto home) and provided me with his preliminary thinking about a solution. However, he was not delivering his final quote. Instead, JP documented the issues with photos and wrote a formal quote and assessment, so I can decide for myself what is priority the next day. Within 24 hours, I had signed off on the assessment and JP was back to execute on plan. 24 hours after he completed the work, I received a follow up email with images of the work he completed, including a proper fix of the issue I had with my chimney from the original fix only a year ago. All this service was delivered with a very reasonable (even competitive) price tag. All in all, the work, the service and the price were of a quality that has lead to this 10/10 review. Nice work.

When you own an old Toronto home, you're encountering many "firsts". I've never had to buy and have an air conditioner installed before so I had to do my due diligence and meet with at least 5 companies before making a selection. From first impression, Steve [last name removed--ED], from Belyea Brothers stood out from the other people I met. He took the time to walk me through my details and options. And didn't put pressure on a single brand, price, or system. He explained the pros and cons of each, and provided his own recommendation (thankfully, not the most expensive one). He also set, met and exceeded my expectations on the installation. The crew at Belyea Brothers was respectful, and actually worked while they were working. The process and install didn't disrupt any part of my regular day, which I appreciated. We've had the A/C installed for a couple of years now, without issue. From my point of view, they come highly recommended.
