The installer met with me the first time and gave his professional opinion on how to make the bathtub safer for a disabled senior. He then returned to install what was agreed upon. The work was done exactly as specified and it was rather clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. I was also most impressed with the fact that he vacuumed upon completion of the job. A true professional in every sense of the word!
