This is the second time we have called Mr Rooter. The first time was upgrading shutoff valves in a very tight and tricky area of our kitchen and downstairs powder room. We have a very old house and everything is seized up. Justin.R came and he was very polite, professional and delicate with our home which is one of our concerns whenever a trades person does work on our house. We've had some bad experiences. Justin.R of Mr.Rooter did the job fast and clean. We could tell that he is an artisan of the trade. The second time we called Mr.Rooter for some more pipe work. We specifically asked the secretary for Justin.R. She sent him and again, the work was done very well. Plus, he gave us theoretical explanations about other concerns we had with our plumbing. Mr. Rooter may not give free estimates, but the pricing is standard (they have a binder for all sorts of work and quotes) so they can be trusted with their estimates and the professionalism is good and worth every cent.

One morning during a bad wind and rain storm. Our eaves on one side detached from the roof. The detached eaves along with the strong wind and rain was threatening the rest of the eaves structure. We spoke with Phillip, texted him with pictures and he agreed to come within an hour due to the problem and the weather factor. Phillip was an amazing worker and secured the eaves not only along one side but secured all of them around the house. He also cleaned the gutter's and two downspouts. His confidence and hand at his craft was very impressive and reassuring. Phillip also gave us options for our downspout diverting and pricing, without any pressure at all. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend him to anybody.

We had a very bad infestation of Carpenter Ants inside and out. We spoke to this company on the phone explaining very clearly our problem and what we have observed of the ant activity in our home and the outside routine over months. Did liberal spray treatment and after 1 week of no ants, the ants came back. Company came back for a spot treatment in areas I tried to mention.

We were extremely happy and satisfied with Derek's extermination services and would definitely recommend him for anyone. We had a bad infestation of carpenter ants. They were appearing EVERYWHERE in the house. We ended up calling Derek for his services. He was friendly, very informative, and took the time to listen to everything we had to inform him about the ant activity we have been noticing before he did a thorough investigation himself. He was the ONLY company that actually went up onto our roof to inspect and found a nest under the shingles. He took pictures and even showed us the damage. Because our infestation was so bad, he made numerous strategies to get rid of the carpenter ants. After that day we have not had any Carpenter Ants! Its been almist a year and In fact this spring we are calling him again for reapplication of his treatment. We were really happy that Derek took care of the problem and would like to thank him for making what was a very troubling time such a pleasant experience.
