I had a great time working with Matt and Amy from the Sewer Squad Plumbing. Matt was easy to work with and was very helpful. He lid out my good, better and beat repair options and gave me some helpful quotes for future work. Matt’s work was awesome and he made sure everything was working perfectly before heading out. An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Everything was great! Vito Di Summa from DSM Property Services came and inspected a house we were interested in purchasing on very short notice. Vito's run down of the report and the walk around of the house and property was really informative and helped to make the paper report "real" for my wife and I. We bought the house and the inspection report really helped us make an informed decision.
