Had an estimate from Jedwen windows (through Home depot). The sales person was fantastic in the initial meeting. Explained everything very well. rec'd a good discount. The installers were ok. They kept things tidy and did a decent job on the install. I have to say I was not impressed with the windows. What the sales person told us was we would not lose any glass area on the new windows and I was very specific about this when I signed the order.. I was really upset when I came home and saw the windows had about a 2 inch vinyl strip over the glass all around the frame - effectively reducing the glass area as well as not looking very attractive. The window cranks also did not work very well when the windows are cranked anywhere close to fully open - you often have to hold and pull the window as you crank it to get them closed. The windows also ice up in the winter.Compared to the other windows I have installed by another company in the other side of the house, they are a disappointment. My other windows work very well, hove no reduciton in glass area and are quiet and no fogging or icing in the winter.

Great service, one window was shipped with incorrect specs. Installer noticed at time of delivery and reordered and had send on rush and installed within 2 weeks of original install. Arrived on time and everything was kept neat and tidy.

Great service, easy to browse through yard. Was able to pick up odd bits of material to finish off jobs. Other places had minimum quanties. Deliver was on time and place dwhere we wanted
