I can't say enough good things about Noel and Hot Rod Drain Service. He was highly recommended within the neighbourhood. We had a faulty mixing valve that severely limited the max temp of the hot water in the house. We discussed various options and an hour later the water was flowing nice and hot again. He also took the time to answer questions I had about possible upgrades to our hot water/radiant heat system. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Paul & his team spent two days in our house upgrading our electrical panel, modifying some wiring, demoing outdated fixtures, and installing a LOT of pot-lights. The job they did was fabulous and we are very happy with the end result. The quote was competitive, and he was punctual, a good communicator and very tidy. We will definitely have him back to do additional work in the future, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
