Merete in Brentwood

Shaw is supposed to re-do the exterior siding on our home after hail damage last summer. They promised the job could be done before Christmas. Not only have they not started the work, they have been impossible to contact, completely uncommunicative. We asked for a quote on additional work (putting in a window) and it took 4 months for them to get back to us with a simple quote. Our problem is that the insurance company has already issued a cheque to Shaw for the work so we can't easily transfer the job to another company.

Talbot's provided a firm estimate that they stuck with. They allowed us to take a large number of samples to take home and consider. Once the job was ordered they arrived when they said they would and did a good job.
