Quote based on the website questionnaire was terribly wrong - we ended up paying more than twice the Quote. Also the Quote was based on 3 movers; 2 were sent and the hourly rate was the same. Lead hand tried to tell me we were getting a discount because he did take a small amount off what he said was the total cost. The final price was still more than twice the quote. Do NOT expect to pay the amount quoted nor the number of crew - Do not believe their "3 for the price of 2" promotion on the website. In fact our quote came with "Crew - 3 Movers". It wasn't so. The 2 crew members were punctual and worked reasonably quickly, were courteous and somewhat careful (a couple of items were damaged). I would DEFINITELY move with a different company next time because of the mismatch between quoted cost and actual.
