Canada Restoration Services was highly recommended to clean our basement due to the presence of non-toxic mould. The job was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. The crew arrived on time and worked solidly until the job was done. I was impressed at the professionalism of the crew, and their supervisor. They were polite and respectful of myself and our children. When my son was sick home from school, they did their best to be quiet so he could sleep. I really appreciated this. The crew was aware that my younger son was experiencing undiagnosed childhood asthma, and they took this to heart when they were cleaning the basement. Due to an unexpected structural problem which Canada Restoration Services found and diagnosed (a water leak from our chimney) I was compelled to have the chimney rebuilt and part of a wall repaired. The staff at Canada Restoration Services knew that this structural repair was unforseen and a huge drain on my bank account. They were very kind and generous in allowing me to repay my debt to them over a 6 month period, with minimal haggling. They did not charge me interest or a service fee. Thanks to Canada Restoration Services, I have piece of mind that the basement mould has been properly cleaned, and that this company does good work to help families like mine.
