Mark and his team did a great job renovating and upgrading our basement, changing it from horror film dungeon to home magazine quality playroom. The EA team responsive to all our concerns along the way and made a real effort to work with us to realize our vision for the basement. Our home was built in the 1940's and more than once we encountered an unanticipated obstacle, but Mark was on it and his team came up with some pretty clever solutions. The finished product is amazing and the work completed is top notch. We definitely recommend EA and plan on using them again in the future.

We own a 1940's era home that came with no work history, a leaky basement, cracked foundation and faulty draintile. After meeting with several contractors we met Craig from Perimeter and we were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The Perimeter crew showed up a few days and enthusiastically started digging. The crew were open to questions and super friendly and made an extra effort to keep everything tidy and clean. Once we started to uncover the draintile we uncovered more than a few issues but Craig and the Perimeter crew handled them with care and developed solutions on the spot. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and now confident that our leaky basement is a thing of the past. If you want it done right, hire Perimeter Drainage.

We were doing some work on our basement and found that we may have had a leak. Carlo from Westside Drainage was very knowledgeable and with his camera took me through the inspection and identified the blockages in the tile fairly quickly. We booked date to clean the tile a week later and then the job was done in two days. Carlo's team was so efficient they finished early and he gave us a break on the price. Overall very professional and a great company to work with.

We did a lot of research on homestars and met with 3 other contractors before we decided to hire Ridge Meadows Roofing. Trevor and his team were quick and efficient and the work on the roof was excellent. Trevor's guys also did an impeccable job with the cleanup and his entire crew was open and receptive to questions during the whole process. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result.

We did quite a bit of research on Homestars and received 4 quotes from other contractors before we decided to hire Westmount. Laurenzo knew exactly how to integrate the new furnace into the vision we had for our basement and even had some great suggestions to make it work better. Laurenzo and Mirch finished the job in 1.5 days and even gave us a break on the price when they pointed out that the water tank didn't need to be upgraded as well (something we were told by the previous 3 contractors). The work was top notch and the cleanup was impeccable we could not have been more pleased with the result. Honest guys, excellent work, and competitive prices, you wont be disappointed.
