Mike was excellent ! I would highly recommend him to others to carry out their home inspections. This was our first home purchase and we couldnt of been happier with the service Mike provided. He was punctual, thorough and very friendly. Being our first purchase we were particularly happy with Mike taking the extra time to explain additional maintenance tips and advice on running the house and its systems to prevent future issues. The inspection report was provided the same day as the inspection and again we were really happy with the comprehensiveness of the report. We were really happy with the service provided and have already recommended him to friends we know looking to buy in the same area.
