DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS. My dishwasher wouldn't drain so I called Quick Fix Appliances to come out and see what the issue was. The woman in customer service told me there would be an $80.00 charge to asses the problem and if I wanted Quick Fix Appliances to complete the repair the $80.00 would be incorporated in the total cost of the invoice, I agreed. When the Technician came out he told me in advance that the MAXIMUM I would have to pay would be $204.99 plus tax plus parts (if needed) and never mentioned once that the $204.99 was also the minimum I would have to pay regardless of how long it took to fix. With that said it took the Technician a total of 50 minutes to pull out my dishwasher find an Olive pit in the motor, remove it and reinstall the dishwasher. GUESS WHAT i PAID? $204.99 for 50 minutes worth of labor, no parts. I called the office back to complain and was told to bad so sad. She said the next time I call for service they will give me $40 off the labor cost. So that means they will only charge me $164.99 instead of $204.99. As if I would ever call them back. I am still waiting for the owner to call me. End result, DON"T EVER CALL THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE. There are over 60 different companies out there you can call instead. Thank you.
