I renovated my home to accommodate my 9 year old transition to a wheelchair. I hired a company that, to say the least, let us down, and we were left with an unfinished renovation. I was devastated and gun shy to hire someone for the outstanding items. After doing my due diligence I reached out to Whitby Glass and Mirror. Chris came in and like a took over the situation like a superhero! They installed custom glass (wall and door) in two bathrooms and a custom window. The amazing part was he saw that I needed exterior brick work. He (on his own accord) found another company and arranged to have them do the masonry work for us. The crew was incredibly respectful of our home at all times and provided exceptional communication and customer service.

David did an excellent job for us. I contacted a few folks but decided to go with David based on his previous reviews and when we met him I can completely understand why his reputation is superior. He took down an existing wall that turned out to be structural (not his speciality) and definitely changed the scope of work. However, he rolled with the changes extremely well and was able to complete the job with minimal input from me required. Due to the additional workload and unforeseen scheduling issues with the electrician he decided to work extra hard to stay on schedule. he worked overtime (all weekend) and tried his best to keep the area clean to not cause too much disruption. i would highly recommend David.

Roberto and his team are fantastic. I took several quotes from different companies on here but was most impressed with Roberto for how creative he was in helping us update our stairs at minimal cost, not constantly trying to up sell products or solutions which so many do. Simply put, he is a hard worker, with exceptional talent and skill. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves ?

Brian is by far the only electrician I trust. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful. His work ethic and dedication to customer excellence is refreshing and the products he recommends are far superior. I highly recommend. there is absolutely no need to look elsewhere. Brian is incredible. I was referred to him by my contractor (after my contractor saw issues from some recent work another certified electrician did). Brian came within 24 hours of me calling, he inspected the previous work, pointed out the significant safety issues, organized the inspector and permits, and walked us through the products he installed very thoroughly. He really cares about his clients. For example, he also went way above and beyond by helping us get a refund from the previous electrical company by documenting the errors and communicating with that company on and off for weeks!

We set up a time online, they called and were at my door within 20 minutes of our initial request. The guys were nice and friendly and didn't hesitate at any point. Would absolutely recommend them.

First of all, please know that I do not work for, nor know anyone who works for this company so I am offering this review purely because this company deserves it. I recently bought an older home which had the original build quality garage doors. I had three quotes and did my research at Lowes, Home Depot etc. these guys were absolutely brilliant. Brandon was great, he didn't push me to buy more than I needed, they all explained their products and their process perfectly. Everything was done on time, on budget all while making me feel extremely confident and comfortable. Collin and Cody came when they said they would and installed the doors under 2 hours! Dave came shortly after, installed the capping within 2 hours and it looks incredible. I am a busy mom with two kids under 4 who has no time for anything...but I felt it was important to take the time to express my sincerest gratitude for the work this company did.

Stan, Igor I can't thank you enough, what incredible work and these windows are amazing! I recently purchased a 20 year old home with two broken windows and an air conditioned porch (not intentionally)... surprise! After meeting with several representatives from other companies I can honestly say this IS the company, and the professionals you want handling your home. What makes them unique? [1] exceptional product - I've heard it all and trust me, there is no debate... it's these guys, don't believe me - I dare you to do your research, [2] exceptional product knowledge (of their own and their competitors), [3] excellent eye for design (Stan pulled out his books of options and created the door design in less than 5 minutes) [4] and finally dedication - I don't think I saw the three workman stop the entire day (from 8 a.m to 7 p.m.). The windows arrived when I was told they would, they arrived to install at the exact time I was quoted, and their attention to detail was so impressive. In the end, I replaced (17+) medium to large windows, brick to brick, and a brand new front door. Hot Tip: Get the interior door framing, see pic - I LOVE IT!
