David was quick to return my call and was able to book an appointment within a couple of days. We only required minor work to be done (replacing old receptacles, fixing door bell, etc.). Everything was fixed promptly. The only negative feedback I have is that the old material was left behind.

Hi Tanya thank you so much for the kind words. Glad I was able to get out quickly and make those repairs for you.
My apologies for leaving the old parts I had removed behind but as a general rule I try not to assume what the client might have in mind for them. Also some clients do like to take a closer look once they have been removed.
Some are clearly garbage but sometimes people send them to the Re Store or keep them for future use or garage sales .

Next time I will make sure to get rid of those small items for you :)

Jeff (the owner) was very professional, always got back to me quickly with answers to my many questions and was on site everyday. The work was completed as planned, the grounds were left impeccable and the crew members were friendly, polite and professional. We wanted to change the height of a section of the fence that was already installed and Jeff came up with a solution that left us very satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a very old heat pump central A/C unit that we wanted removed. They showed up on time, removed the unit efficiently and at a very competitive price. I would recommend Simply Heating without hesitation.

Designer's Home Centre

We purchased and had installed new entry and garage doors from Designer's Home Centre 4 years ago. At the time, we dealt with Greg who was very professional and extremely helpful. Since, we found out that our Hörmann garage doors weren't installed properly (as confirmed by a company representative and a subcontractor of Designer Home) and one of the panel tore and needed to be replaced. Ken, who currently works at Designer's Home Centre, refuses to honor the warranty, avoided my phone calls, etc. I would never deal with them again and strongly recommend to avoid this company at all cost.
