We ordered a Whirlpool stove with delivery. Not only did they push off the delivery date to another day that was very inconvenient- they forgot to mention it to us. We only found out when we got a call from them, the day before the original date of delivery, that the stove had been discontinued. They told us they'd give us an upgrade, which consisted of features that we didn't want/ had no use for and was missing an important feature that we required. That's when we found out that they had changed the delivery date. When we asked them why they didn't notify us earlier (since we had ordered this stove a couple months ago) they accused us of not answering our phone and blamed us for the problem, even though they had a couple of contact numbers to reach us. We were counting on the stove to arrive the next day and have been extremely inconvenienced. We have cancelled our order and are very disappointed with Whirlpool's service and staff.
