Don't use Regional Paving. Our driveway cracked in less than a year and they don't care. Numerous phone calls, texts, registered letters, even Better Business Bureau complaints, and they will not address the problem. Worst company we have ever dealt with.

This customer was offered free repair and sealer last fall for this spring. The Cracks are due to environmental issues or over weighted trucks, as the customer is aware not workmanship or faulty material to the drive. The material is purchased for the past 40 years from a reliable supplier in the Asphalt Industry in the area, with no problems. We responded on several occasions in person and phone. We keep phone records, and can prove the same. Last fall when the call was received first, we attended the site, our maintenance man, who has been in the asphalt business for 50 yrs. suggested to wait until warm weather in May 2015, and because we want to make the homeowner happy we offered a Free Warranty Repair, Maintenance and Sealer by our professional, This was all confirmed by a third party and record of this.... The customer refused to have us to the maintenance and repair at our expense. He does not want to have sealer put on the driveway, or hot torch repair, at our expense. He wishes to litigate rather than mediate and protect the drive with maintenance. Our maintenance to protect drive is on our Asphalt Info Blog on our web site... We would be happy to resolve this problem and make the customer happy. the customer suggests that the company herein is unwilling to remedy the problem. This is NOTso. While they refuse to allow repair and maintenance at the company's expense, the customer may see more damage. We are not assuming fault or giving blame but it would appear that a heavy vehicle has backed in and on the shoulder causing it to crack... Regardless we have been willing to repair and still are willing to repair..if the customer allows us to do so to keep good relations.
