We have gone through two home inspections with Mike and if we would need to go through more, he would be the person we would go to. Mike was not only extremely professional, but also very patient and clear while he was inspecting the homes so we could completely understand what he was doing, by listing all the points of concern. He also kept giving us suggestions on every detail he went through and how to address the little or big work that had to be done. At all times Mike communicated all information in very simple terms so my wife and I (who are not very savvy) could understand what was going on. We were not only comfortable and satisfied, but he also set us at ease... we knew he knew what he was doing. The report was clear and exhaustive. Thank you so much Mike! Keep the good work :)
