Purchased a GE washer from Goemans in September 2020 washer #1 appeared 3 weeks later damaged in transit. Washer #2 appeared 7 to 8 days later damaged in transit. Washer #3 appeared October 8 no visible damage. Was installed by Goemans washer is defective and GE will be coming it inspect why it will not run. Do not recommend Goemans to anyone their customer service is the worst. October 15th contacted GE direct for service on new machine that will not run. Serviceman found a disconnected wire to main circuit board. Unknown why wire was disconnected on new machine. To date there has been no follow-up by Goemans customer service. Very disappointed with the handling of this purchase will never do business with this company again. October 23 received a call from the same GE serviceman this week. He had been finally been contacted by Goemans to repair (get this) our new dryer. It seems that Goemans can't even get the right appliance for repair let alone do it in timely manner. My suggestion is bypass Goemans customer service and let the manufacturer figure it out otherwise you will have along wait for service.
