They do not believe in following manufacturers' installation instructions, calling them "suggestions". They did not use fibre tape for StressShield in shower stall resulting in l;oss of the manufacturer's warranty. If we had not stopped them the way they wanted to install tub would have resulted in loss of manufacturer's warranty. Floor of shower stall not graded properly so that small pools of water remain next to the walls. Wanted to install exhaust fan ducting in attic without insulation. Very frustrating to work with.
