Do not use this company! I had a horrific experience that ended up on the phone in shock and tears with my husband. They arrived the day and time that was expected. As they set up their equipment I was double checking with them that they would indeed clean the ducts and not make more of a mess. As they started I walked out of my 9 month olds room to see I cloud of dust in the main floor and upstairs. I asked them what they were doing and to stop. The technician said he had hooked up to the wrong place. I had a bad feeling so began to say that I think they should stop. He said he can fix it and started blowing the dust around with the air. (I found out later that just blowing the dust wouldn't clean properly in the ducts( They were both wearing heavy duty masks which made me very uncomfortable with my baby in the house. After not listening I continued to say I think they should leave and another workman actually had to start stepping in. They got mad and hostile that we were telling them how to do their job. Then they wouldn't leave until I paid. I tried to speak to this manager David but the very rude, immature kept hanging up on me. (5 times total) I started feeling really uncomfortable when he was stomping around in my kitchen and wouldn't even leave to wait in his truck until I spoke with a manger. I finally paid them to get them out of my home. The next morning I awoke to a house that was freezing as they broke my furnace by blowing it the wrong way. I still have not got my money back, my furnace is broken (which they took no responsibility for) and now they blocked my number so I can't reach them. Don't go through what I did!
