I got quote from several roofers. I want a reliable and reasonably priced Roofer to do the roofing for my 15 years house with good quality product and good craftsmenship. They are the best match. From quote to begin took only 10 days. CertainTeed Landmark shingles and underlayment, better vent, W-shape open Valley. They have 5 guys working together. Complete the project in one day. Everything is protected before beginning. Everything is cleaned after the complete. My nabors did theirs last year. Those guys left quite some dust into my backyard and on my deck. They were from another big name roofing company on homesteads. I got their quote too. C PLUS is better priced and at least same quality standard if not higher.

I actually did the whole contract with another cabinet company and Sunsai was the subcontractor to finish most of the counter tops. Danny came to measure twice before the installation because the counter top company did a poor job. Andrew and a helper came to do the installation. They did a perfect job. They remove their boots in almost all the working time. They only wear the boots for moving the heavy stones. That's a safety restriction. My powder has a mirror lays very low. I tried to remove it by myself but not successful. Andrew find a way to move it up a bit and fit the back splash perfectly. My laundry is kind of hard. I want a waterfall counter top on my D/W closet and above the sink. This is the main concern to me. Since the cabinet company did a poor job on it and came back to adjust it many times. Danny measured it precisely. Andrew manage to make the joint seamless. I will upload some photos later. It's really a perfect job.

I shopped around for hardwood flooring. I just walked into their shop and ask for a price for a Vintage solid-sawn flooring in hickory. Randy gave me a price that is even cheaper than another shop that I almost select to do the work. This store is big and decent. Lots of displays. But they don't have the color that I want. Randy just went to the warehouse and get their only piece and gave it to me for free. Not even asked me to bring it back. With the level of trust, I came back and asked him to give me the best price he can. I didn't go any where else to match the price. I kind of trust him and want to do business with him. He gave me another surprise with a bit better pricing. It was a quick and clean deal. Everything is up front. Restocking fee and so on. Then another surprise 3 days later. I suddenly remembered that I didn't double check the finish when I put the order. I remember I talked to him only when the first time I pick up the sample about a month ago. I was afraid of him forgetting it. They deal with many customers every day. I guessed he wont remember that since I want a low shine finish which is not the standard one. I called the store ASAP. A lady helped me to find my order and double check the finish. You know what, it is exactly the pearl finish that I want. What else can I say? A nice store. A group of nice people with good system support. Very professional. BTW, I am not hiring them to do the installation. It's a material purchase only.

I left a email to their website and a guy named Bijan contacted me very soon. I didn't even see him in person and we made the deal. They are not on the cheap side. But not the most expensive either. As long as I am ready and called him back. He arranged the installation very fast. Peter and Sam came to do the installation. They are very professional. They didn't even have their lunches on that day. They worked very hard to make it done. Very pleased to make the deal with them. Will see whether the product can last. Time will tell. I have recommended them to my naboughs.
