We had our roof replaced during the summer/fall of 2005. The roof company that we contracted appeared to be hard working and trust worthy. We caught him installing the roof without under layment as per contract. The rotten wood that required replacement was not done. We had to get in to the attic to show the supervisor the rotten wood. Then they needed to rip off the shingles to replace the wood. We need to personally supervise the job and inform them of their repeated mistakes.
