I contracted with AtlasCare to install a new Hi Efficiency furnace and A/C and was extremely pleased with the entire process. I first met with Nickeel, their Home Comfort Specialist who arrived at my son's home on time as scheduled. He proceeded to assess the current setup and requirements of the home. Nickeel answered all my questions and concerns and continued to do so over the next number of days until we reached an agreement as to what systems would be required and how the installation would proceed. Nickeel was always there to help and provide information and was there the morning of installation to ensure everything was addressed. On the day of installation, the team of James S., Dave D. And Dave R. arrived on time and began the installation. There was a concern about venting that was quickly assessed and with the help of this team a decision was made that worked out amazingly. Their explanations and willingness to work with the customer was very professional and eliminated any concerns that I may have had about the process. Such knowledgable technicians who went way beyond to ensure all the systems were working properly. They also balanced the airflow throughout the home bringing it to a higher level than what was there previously. Truly amazing service levels. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

It was a very positive experience dealing with AtlasCare. My son's newly purchased house located in the Riverdale area of Toronto required duct cleaning, and it was very important to us that the company we chose did a good job. Alex and Andrew arrived on time as scheduled and immediately I knew that I would be in good hands. They both were very professional, explained the whole process and answered all of our questions and concerns. Great care was taken to protect all areas within the house before, during and after the service. Pictures were taken of the areas done before and after the cleaning and sent to me immediately by email. Truly amazing! We needed a cleaning in the worst way and the after pics truly showed how effective this work had been. I will be scheduling them for my own home in Mississauga in the near future. Fine young men with a great sense of customer satisfaction. A very good company to work with and worth the cost!

This is a letter I sent to the management of George Kent. They are an outstanding company: I want to take this opportunity to tell you about the outstanding customer service that I received recently from a number of your employees. I live in Mississauga and had used your company in the past to do work at my home. Since that was a very good experience, I decided to call your company again to put in a very difficult door at my son's new residence in the Riverdale area of Toronto. This was a non standard door area that I knew would be a big challenge to fit a proper door into. This is where the amazing service starts. Glen arrived at my son's house exactly as scheduled. His knowledge and his willingness to find a solution to this problem eliminated all my concerns that a door could be made that would not only look great but provide all the benefits of a standard door. We spoke a few times until all my questions were answered and the door could be ordered. I question whether any other person or company would have done all this work to satisfy a customer. Many kudos to Glen. He was great! The next person I spoke to was Maria. What a charming, cooperative, honest and customer caring person. From the first time I spoke to her I knew that we were in good hands. She kept me informed of the status of my order and answered any and all the questions I asked. Again, in this day and age many companies have lost the art of caring for their customers. Your company understands totally. What a great person to deal with. Last but certainly not least was your installer Jesus. It's hard for me to find the proper words to describe his abilities, his knowledge, his caring attitude and his willingness to do a proper and amazing installation. From the day he arrived to do measurements to the day he finished the installation, he was a total professional and like the rest of your staff, answered all of our questions and concerns. At no time were we concerned that this would not be done correctly. I apologize for this lengthy email but I felt it was only proper to let you know that your company and employees are first class all the way. I hope you will share my letter and thoughts with them. I will also continue to recommend George Kent to my friends and family.
