After booking my appointment the day before to service my AC, Max showed up on time and already had some information in hand for me. Knowing nothing about heating and AC, I felt that Max was very honest with me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Ideal Stairs to the rescue. I made the mistake of hiring a handyman do complete a bunch of renovations in my house and one of them was to redo my stairs. After going back and forth trying to get them done right, I decided it was best to call a professional to fix their screw up. I called Ideal Stairs and thanks to Mesh and Rajan they saved the day. I had to explain the situation to them and also that time was extremely important as my wife and I were expecting within a few days. These guys step it up, they already had jobs lined up but showed up to my house after business hours just to fit us in. Communication was better than I had ever experienced. I would receive a call from Rajan or Mesh letting me know what was happening and when the team would show up at all times. When the job was complete both the guys came out to inspect the final job just to make sure it was up to their standards. As a Realtor in the Durham Region, I don't often recommend a company or someone as it puts my reputation the line. I am very comfortable recommending Ideal Stairs. You will not be disappointed. With my reputation on the line I fully recommend True North Eavestroughing I called the company more than 6 months ago to receive a quote and finally after doing my research (and a 2 year old boy) I decided to get the job done. So I called back and to my surprise they still had my information on file, 10 minutes later my appointment was booked to install new eavestrough. I was told they would arrive around 8 and be done by 2pm. They showed up at 8am and left a 1:50pm. They guys that showed up were very polite and professional, they were truly experts in their field.
