Chris did the property inspection for a home we had a conditional offer on. At 5,400 sq.ft + detached 3 car garage he was at it all day. He gave us a great understanding of the house condition and the little things that needed to be done. We were very happy with him. He even called us a few days later and made sure we didn't have any other questions after we read through the inspection report. And when we did he explained everything clearly. This is both due to the process itself and maybe more importantly because of all the other things that are going on during the time of the inspection, financing, insurance, moving, selling the previous home, renovations, where the furniture will go, and any number of other things. On site we will cover most of the major issues and where the main services and accesses are located but there is a whole other level of detail contained in the report.
