Micheal recently inspected our future home and my wife and I were very impressed with how thorough and detailed he was throughout the inspection. He took the time during the inspection to point out any issues to us, clarify if we had any questions, and answered any other questions/concerns we had while going through the house with him. One major issue came out of the inspection and as part of the service Micheal agreed to come back and re-inspect the area after the issue is rectified by the seller at no extra charge. To me this shows integrity and pride in the work he does, wanting to leave no stone un-turned, ensuring we as his clients are 100% happy and satisfied with his service.
