There was a persistent small drip around the chimney of the roof. I called another roofer first who came and did a shallow job and couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. I called Arthur from the Roof Whisperer. Arthur explained that the whole area around the chimney was not properly done in the last roof replacement job by a previous owner and explained what he needed to do. The job was finished professionally in 2 days. He showed me pictures of the before and after. The drip never came back. I would highly recommend the Roof Whisperer.

Mark came out to assess the roof. He was very honest about the assessment and what needed to be done. He did not try to upsell on the work or the shingles. The quote was quite comparable. The crew came within the promised time-frame, they were efficient, professional and cleaned up well after the job. The extra labour to repair the rotten wood was done at a decent price. All in all, it was what I expected - no gimmicks with them as professionals. I would hire them again.
