After several quotes and research into different companies we chose Sunrise. The salesman Kevin was professional and well informed. Eugene and his installation crew were excellent and very accommodating. We are happy with the quality of the product, its function and look. We did ask that the trim of two windows not be completed as there was some retro fitting that I needed to do prior to the trim going on. The installers were willing to complete it, but I requested that they not do it. After they had left I realized that I should have asked for the unused trim to be left so once I was completed I could have matching trim. Unfortunately the when we contacted the "Customer Service" department, Sandra in particular, they were unwilling to try and meet our needs. Our installer was out of town for a week and then booked on a job for another week, so we would have to wait for two or three weeks before we could get the trim. Sandra did not return calls when she advised she would and then did not even fully understand the request that we were making. She was unwilling to discuss any options, simply sticking to the statement, "your contact states". The cost of buying trim is minor, I simply wanted all the trim to match the other windows. Sandra was arrogant in her manner, did not wish to find out what the real issue was, how to resolve it. When I asked if I could speak to her manager she cut me off and assured me that she had already discussed the matter with him and I would get the same answer. This was interesting to me since she really didn't understand the problem. Overall a good experience was ruined over a series of phone calls. I would recommend the company and their product, just hope that you don't have to deal with their customer service department, or you get someone different than Sandra.
