Once we sent the email request for a quote we were contact within 2 hours. We were very surprised on how fast we were contacted. Tony showed up to do the quote the next day. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The installer (I apologize, I can't remember his name) showed up the next day to do the final measurements. EcoTech was our first quote for this job and as it turned out, the highest. Not by much though. We went with them because we liked the quality of the windows and they said we would have the windows in by the end of March. This was important because we were having some water issues and needed it done ASAP. We were again floored when we received a call from Nicole telling us that we were going to be getting the windows by the 11th of March. Two weeks sooner than originally quoted. We were a little sceptical because of how fast and thought it was just a ploy to get us hooked in. Low and behold, March 11th the crew showed up at our house and by 4:30pm they were all installed and looking great. Time will tell, but so far we have been very impressed with the company and the product. The communication, the quotation and the installation have all been of the highest standard.
