We had the unfortunate experience of purchasing two couches from Forgali the experience was dissapointing. We ended up with one new couch and one used/floor model couch that was obviously worn and stained too the point where they do not even match. Two pillows for the used couch were not shipped and the ottoman was also a used floor model. The couches were on sale but we paid for NEW furniture. Despite multiple visits and phone calls on our part offers by the owner to replace the damaged and worn items turned out to be false. A fine tactic on his part. He stalled until we could no longer file a dispute with the credit card company. A very dishonest individual to stand in front of you and promise that 'we will fix the problem' and say 'everyone is family'. Readers I suggest you avoid Forgali Furniture at all costs.
