I walked into GEM with a question about replacing my broken window clips. I was worried I would need new windows. Jim the manager spent 10 mins trying to find the replacement clips and explain what I needed to do. He then handed me the "clips" and did not charge me a cent! I will use this company for any of my window and door needs again for sure! Thanks Jim!
