What i liked most was the work ethic of both gentlemen that came out (Alex and Andrew). They were meticulous and patient and when I asked if they can do something a little differently, there was no argument. They simply did so. It was a good price, they did good work, and they cleaned up after themselves. Any challenges that came up (ie walls were not straight) were called out. I was asked for my opinion/input on how to proceed and they did so based on the best agreed option. Overall I'm very impressed with the end result and i would recommend them to a friend/family/neighbor. This was a sorely needed job as the old door was toast. All the best, guys!

I will give an honest review. Dom was the gentleman I dealt with the most. I found him to be very professional (but maybe a bit overloaded). We had very tight deadlines (my wife was gonna give birth to our son) and Dom committed to a specific date. While I was at times worried that we were not going to meet that deadline, Dom really stepped up and made sure that the job was complete and on time. I was trying to help out as much as I could (vacuuming, loading/unloading material) to ensure that a) Dom and his team did not burn out and b) that we had the basement done with enough time leftover. Dom was patient with my willingness to help and I am glad about that. Dom had a drywaller come in but because Dom was not impressed with his work, he removed him from the project and removed the drywall he had put up. I found the quality of work from his replacement was to my satisfaction. I made the design for the basement myself and provided it to Dom. He worked with it and suggested ways to improve on my design (ie shift a wall over a few inches or to create a closet instead of poorly used space etc) and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the result. Of course the price increases with every little modification but Dom was also extremely accommodating in that respect. I would definitely recommend these guys at 310. I was stressed out because of the nature of the deadline, but I am glad that we had a guy like Dom to really drive the project on. I hope he took a nice vacation afterwards.
