I contacted Taff to smooth out the popcorn ceiling in my front foyer and family room. Marion was able to give me a quote over the phone and his team came out on the set date. They were able to quickly mud over the popcorn and paint the ceiling. They were also kind enough to come back and touch up some minor areas. Overall, I would recommend Taff Drywalling for their popcorn removal services.

We had condensation issues in our attic above our master bathroom. Patrick and his team were able to assess and identify the cause of the issue, and recommend cost effective solutions. The team arrived early on the scheduled day, removed the existing, insufficient attic insulation, installed new baffle vents around the perimeter of our house, installed 2 whirlybird vents to improve air flow, and re-insulated + topped up the existing insulation. They were also able to recommend improvements to the existing fan ducting to further improve air ventilation. They were very efficient and were able to complete the job in half a day. They cleaned up well and made sure to leave our house in spotless condition! Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend EcoComfort Insulation & Contracting!

Mark was great to work with from start to end on this project. We had a lot of options to go through when updating a large bathroom in our house and Mark gave us his ideas and insight every step of the way. He is very thorough and detailed in explaining all aspects of the work to be done so we are aware of what is going into the finished product. He didn't hesitate to make some changes along the way to maximize the use of our space. With the bathroom situated above the garage he installed a lot of moisture resistant membranes/drywall etc. His attention to detail can be seen in many of the finishing touches. When there was an issue with a vanity we ordered which had to be sent back, he went out of his way to take it back to the store until it was amended and then brought it back to the house again. Even once the project was done, he has been available to answer any questions we had.

Keith has completed 3 home inspections for my family in the last 4 years. 2 of those were under very tight time frames as we had 5 days to satisfy our home inspection conditions for our purchase offers. Both were in winter weather but each time he spent the full four hours thoroughly inspecting the entire home, even our small starter townhouse. As he completed the inspection he would give running updates and answer any further questions I had, even if they weren't specifically part of the inspection. He gave preliminary reports on the same day and full reports came shortly after with easy to read charts, estimates for getting each aspect of the work done and of course thoroughly detailed explanations with pictures. He takes the time to shovel snow out of the way to inspect what he needs to and even crawls under bay windows to check for proper caulking! Even our real estate agent had not come across an inspector as thorough as him through all of his clients. We have referred him along already to friends and family who have also been very satisfied with his honesty, knowledge and hard work.
